Privacy notice

• Logs from the server. Each request gets recorded by the hosting service: the time, referring page, requested page, browser type, and the IP address. These logs count visits, keep the site secure, and keep it running.
• Our form for consultations. We collect your name, phone number, email, where your 401(k) funds are held, your message, the page URL, arrival time, IP address, browser type, and the exact consent wording displayed to you.
• Calls to 844.960.3682. Your caller number, when the call happened and how long it lasted. Calls can be recorded to keep an accurate note of what you ask.
• What you type into tools is not collected. The calculators and checker run in your browser; we never get those answers.

To answer your request, one retirement specialist receives your call details and form answers. As the consent sentence says, they may contact you via text, email, or phone about your 401(k). We retain this data while your request is active and for up to three years afterward to document your agreement, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your browser's local storage keeps your latest tool answers (keys starting with k4c.), so the tools pick up where you left off next time. It is not a cookie, others cannot read it, and you remove it by clearing browser data.

Our call and form providers, plus the hosting provider, process this information for us. Because you asked for that, a consultation request goes to the single retirement specialist who answers it. Data is not sold, rented or shared for ad purposes. No cookies or outside tracking scripts are used by the site.

On request, we send you what personal data we keep about you, fix or erase it, or stop any sale or sharing of it. Your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting is treated as an opt-out request. There is no cost for asking, and your service does not change.

Email your request to contact@401k-crypto.com. We reply within the legal timeframe (45 days under the California law) and might request details to help locate your records.

Information is not knowingly collected from children under 13, as the site is for adults saving for retirement.
